Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • pinch curry powder
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 8 slices sandwich bread

Instructions

    Peel the eggs and finely chop them. Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and a little mustard. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly with the eggs.

    Toast the bread. Spread egg salad on four of the toasted slices, top with iceberg lettuce, then cover with the remaining four slices. Slice lengthwise and serve immediately.
