Ingredients

  • 2 large tramezzini
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 200 g canned tuna (in own juice)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbsp chives rolls

Instructions

    Place a slice of tramezzini on the work surface and spread 50 g cream cheese thinly. Wash the cucumber, peel if desired, trim the ends, and cut into fine slices or julienne. Distribute over the cream cheese.

    Drain the tuna well and flake it. Mix with mayonnaise and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread over the cucumber, sprinkle 2 tbsp chives rolls, and top with the second tramezzini slice. Press lightly and cut into four triangles. Brush each sandwich edge with a bit of remaining cream cheese, dip in the leftover chives rolls, and serve.
