Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 vanilla pod (scraped out),
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 250 g cold butter (in small pieces)
- Apricot jam
- Currant jelly
- powdered sugar
Instructions

For the dough, quickly knead all ingredients into a smooth dough, shape into a ball and wrap in foil. Chill for about 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm thickness. Cut round cookies with wavy edges in three sizes; cut a hole in the center of the smallest ones. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

Warm jam and jelly, spread the larger and middle-sized cookies with jam or jelly, stack them, let dry, then dust with powdered sugar.
