Ingredients
- 40 g tapioca
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 3 tbsp sugar

Place tapioca in a bowl, cover with hot water and soak for about 10 minutes.

Bring the coconut milk, coconut cream, and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat to the lowest setting, add the soaked tapioca pearls, and simmer on low flame for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pearls become translucent. Remove from heat and let cool. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water before serving.
