Teriyaki Salmon with Asparagus and Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 600 g green asparagus
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp soy oil
  • soy sauce (for serving)

Instructions

    Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Mix the teriyaki sauce with the lime juice and pour over the salmon. Marinate for 25-30 minutes.

    Peel two-thirds of the asparagus and cook in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the salmon from the marination and sear in a hot grill pan with oil until both sides are golden brown.

    Arrange the asparagus on plates, place one piece of salmon on top, and serve with a small bowl of soy sauce.
