Ingredients

  • 800 g salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g green noodles
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp soy oil
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • spring onion strips (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cut the salmon fillets into 12 pieces and mix with lemon juice, ginger, and oil. Marinate for 10 minutes. Thread onto skewers and grill on a hot grill around 6 minutes until cooked through.

    Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Sauté the ginger in 1 tsp oil and deglaze with soy sauce. Sweeten with sugar to taste and toss with drained noodles. Plate the noodles, garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions, add the salmon skewers on top, and serve.
