Ingredients
- 80 g sugar snap peas
- Salt
- 4 roasted nori sheets
- 250 g ready-made sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 8 thin slices salmon fillet about 150 g fresh (sushi quality)
- parsley
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Clean the sugar snap peas, halve them lengthwise and cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water and let dry. Cut the peas lengthwise into strips.

Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half. Divide the rice into 8 portions and shape each portion into a long oval with damp hands. Place one half of a nori sheet on top of each oval, add a little wasabi paste, then layer sugar snap pea strips, salmon slices and parsley to roll into temaki sushi cones.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
