Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tsp wasabi paste
  • 400 g tuna fillet
  • 0.5 nori sheet

Instructions

    Slice the tuna into 4 equal-sized pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the nori with scissors into fine strips.

    Distribute the rice over 4 bowls, sprinkle the nori strips on top, spread a little wasabi paste on one side of each tuna piece and place the coated side onto the rice. Optionally garnish with some watercress.
