Ingredients
- 12 cooked shrimp
- 1 roasted nori sheet
- vinegar water
- 150 g cooked sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions

Place the nori sheet smooth side down on a bamboo mat, spread the wasabi paste with your finger. With hands dampened in vinegar water, distribute the rice over it, leaving 5 mm free at top and bottom. Using the mat, roll the nori tightly.

Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces. Lay flat on a plate and place one shrimp in the center of each piece.
