Ingredients

  • 400 g beef fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 80 g pickled cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • 4 tsp sour cream
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the beef fillet, pat dry, and remove any tendons or skin. Dice into small cubes with a sharp knife. Peel the onion and dice it similarly to the pickles. Mix the diced beef, onion, pickles, capers, and Worcestershire sauce together, seasoning with salt.

    Place the mixture in small garnish rings (about 4 cm diameter) and press firmly. Top each ring with 1 tsp sour cream and garnish with parsley.

    Serve with white bread or toast as desired.
