Ingredients

  • 400 g lean ground beef (deboned)
  • 4 fresh egg yolks
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 onions
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 16 olives (to taste)
  • grated horseradish
  • mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • bell peppers
  • 4 rye rolls (or dark bread)

Instructions

    Arrange the ground beef on four plates and shape into rounds. Press a hollow in the center of each patty and place one egg yolk inside.

    Rinse the anchovy fillets under running cold water. Peel the onions. Finely chop the anchovies, onions, cucumbers and capers. Arrange all ingredients on the plates and serve with a rye roll each.
