Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g butter
  • butter (for the molds)
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g wild rabbit mince (from the butcher)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Knead flour, a pinch of salt, 1 egg and 70 g butter. Place in the refrigerator. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms small.

    Heat 1 tbsp butter and sauté onion and minced rabbit for about 10 minutes until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Grease 4 tartlet molds. Roll out the dough and line the molds.

    Whisk milk, sour cream and remaining eggs; season with salt and pepper. Mix in the rabbit, onion and rosemary, then spread over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
