Tajine with Meatballs

Spoonsparrow Tajine with meatballs not only tastes great but also scores high with plenty of muscle-strengthening protein!
Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 600 g ground beef
- 5 eggs
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
Instructions

Soak Tajine for at least 30 minutes.

Wash tomatoes, remove stems and dice them.

Peel onion and garlic clove and finely dice them.

Wash chili pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, deseed and finely chop it.
