Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

    Cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain through a sieve.

    Wash and dry the arugula, shake off excess moisture, and roughly chop. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté the tomatoes, then add the cooked tagliatelle and arugula. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
