Ingredients

  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 30 g Pistachios
  • ground pepper
  • 40 g Parmesan

Instructions

    Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the shallot and garlic. Dice the shallot finely, slice the garlic thinly. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the tomatoes, shallot, and garlic over medium heat.

    Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it rest. Mix the pistachios into the tomato mixture and season with salt and pepper.
