Tacos with Beef and Bell Peppers

- 4 corn tortillas
- oil for frying
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 400 g ground beef
- Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin (ground)
- 0.25 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- jalapenos (sliced for garnish)

Fry the corn tortillas individually in hot oil until golden brown, pressing the center down with a spoon to form a bowl shape.

Drain the tortillas on paper towels and let them cool. Meanwhile, heat sunflower oil in a pot and crumble the ground beef, cooking it until browned. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin.

Wash and finely slice the Chinese cabbage, letting it drain well. Clean the bell peppers and cut into rings. Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and cut into wedges.

Arrange the tortillas on plates, top with Chinese cabbage, bell pepper rings, and beef mixture. Finish with avocado wedges, sour cream, and jalapeno slices for garnish.
