Ingredients

  • 2 cans (240 g each) artichoke hearts
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 grated orange zest and juice (unprocessed)
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • Salt
  • 500 g Tagliatelle

Instructions

    Drain the artichokes. Pat dry with paper towels. Slice the chilies lengthwise, remove seeds, and finely chop. Peel garlic and slice into thin rounds.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Sauté the artichokes. Add garlic, chili, orange zest and juice, and capers; let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt.
