Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 can corn (drained weight 140 g)
- 50 g unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco sauce (or tomato ketchup)
- Salt
- Pepper
- chili powder
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 pre-made taco shells

Peel and finely dice the onion. Drain the corn and let it dry. Roughly chop the peanuts. Heat the oil, sauté the onion cubes until translucent, then add the ground beef and cook until crumbly.

Stir in the taco sauce and corn. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, tear them into smaller pieces. Distribute the lettuce in the taco shells, top with the meat filling, and sprinkle peanuts on top.
