Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- black pepper (ground)
Instructions

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, score each leg several times with a sharp knife and rub with lemon juice and salt.

In a bowl whisk yogurt with vinegar and oil, press in garlic, stir in ginger, then add coriander, cumin, chili, turmeric and pepper. Coat the chicken legs with the yogurt mixture and cover for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Line a baking sheet with foil, place the marinated chicken on it and bake at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 40 minutes.
