Ingredients

  • 4 taco shells
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 700 g tomatoes
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion, cube the mozzarella, and mix with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Heat tomatoes to brew, peel skin off, cube. Peel garlic and squeeze in.

    Wash chili, halve it, remove seeds, finely chop, then simmer all at medium heat until thick sauce forms; let cool.

    Clean iceberg lettuce, slice into fine strips. Warm tacos in the oven, fill with salad, mozzarella, and tomato sauce.
