Ingredients

  • 2 cans (185 g each) Saupiquet tuna fillets
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g arugula
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the Saupiquet tuna fillets in olive oil and catch a little oil. Wash the arugula, setting aside for garnish. Grease four small baking tins (≈15 cm diameter) with the reserved oil and dust with breadcrumbs. Distribute the tomatoes and tuna onto the tins.

    Whisk together eggs, cream, parmesan, and flour; add the arugula pieces and season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the tuna blend and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (gas: level 4, fan 180 °C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the flan with remaining arugula and serve.
