Ingredients

  • 4 T‑Bone steaks
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml red wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper; marinate the steak covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning once.

    Take out of the fridge 2 hours before grilling, let drain well, then sear over high heat on the grill, afterwards cook at a lower heat for 10–12 minutes turning occasionally. Let rest covered for 5 minutes.
