Tacos with Ground Beef Filling

Ingredients

  • 4 Tacos shells
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the carrot, garlic, and onion.

    Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and dice.

    Wash the tomato, cut off the stem, and dice.

    Sauté the carrot, garlic, chili, and onion in hot oil, add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Stir in the bell pepper and tomato and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Briefly warm the tacos under a hot grill, then fill them with the ground beef salsa and top each with a dollop of sour cream and some cilantro before serving.
