- 350 g puff pastry
- 600 g turkey breast fillet (skinless, ready to cook)
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 tbsp cranberries (jarred)
- 400 g sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

- flour (for the work surface)

Let the puff pastry thaw according to package instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Wash, pat dry, and cut the turkey breast into bite‑sized cubes. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, and remove the leaves. Heat oil in a pan and brown the turkey cubes until golden. Add cranberries and cook briefly. Stir in sour cream and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit the pan and line the greased pan with it, lifting a rim. Spread the turkey mixture over the pastry and bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve the finished pie.
