Ingredients
- 200 g bulgur
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 200 g halloumi (cubed and fried)
- black pepper (ground)
- Salt
- pita bread
Instructions

Prepare the bulgur according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.

Mix the bulgur with parsley, onion, mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Season with a pinch of salt if desired. Let it rest for about an hour, then stir in the fried halloumi just before serving and season again with pepper. Serve with pita bread.
