Berry Smoothie Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 800 g strawberries
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 3 stems Lemon balm
  • 30 g Almonds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Clean and wash the strawberries, halve about 400 g; put the rest in a blender. Wash the raspberries and add about 200 g to the blender with the strawberries. Halve the orange and squeeze its juice. Add the juice and rice syrup to the fruit and blend until smooth.

    Spread the smoothie onto shallow plates and top with the remaining berries.

    Wash the lemon balm, pat dry, and tear off the leaves. Roughly chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the berries along with the lemon balm.
