Ingredients
- 4 large, waxy potatoes (about 200 g each)
- 4 T‑Bone steaks (about 400 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp plant oil
Instructions
-
1.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan‑forced.
-
2.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, wrap tightly in foil and pierce all over with a fork. Grill, turning occasionally, for about 50 minutes. When a fork meets no resistance, the potatoes are cooked.
-
3.
Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Grill both sides of each steak for 6–15 minutes depending on thickness and desired doneness.
-
4.
Remove the potatoes from foil, cut crosswise and loosen slightly with a fork. Plate the potatoes with the steaks.
-
5.
Serve with a salad if desired.
