Ingredients
- 200 g beer ham (sliced)
- 100 g Emmental cheese (sliced)
- 0.5 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- 4 spring onions (white part only)
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp meat broth
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Quarter the sausage and cheese slices and place them in a bowl.

Wash the spring onions, slice into thin rings, and add them with the radishes to the bowl.

Mix mustard, broth, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper for the dressing, pour over the salad, and combine well. Let it rest about 2 hours, then taste again before serving.
