The Swiss chard salad from Spoonsparrow is a tasty side dish, starter and light lunch. In just 15 minutes the delicious salad is ready.
Ingredients
- 200 g young Swiss chard leaves
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tbsp sweet mustard
- 1 tbsp spicy mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth
- 50 ml Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the chard, trim it, shake off excess water and arrange the leaves on plates.

Squeeze the lemon. In a small jar combine sweet and spicy mustard, honey, lemon juice and vinegar. Add broth and oil, seal the jar and shake well. Season with salt and pepper, taste and shake again.
