Ingredients

  • 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin flesh
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g sultanas
  • 40 g currants
  • 0.5 tsp Cardamom
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g honey
  • 40 g pistachios

Instructions

    Bring the milk with spices, currants and sultanas to a boil and simmer covered for 2 minutes.

    Grate the pumpkin flesh coarsely, mix it with the coconut flakes into the milk, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Stir in honey and pistachios.
