Ingredients

  • 800 g sweet potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g)

Instructions

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into long, finger‑thick sticks.

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Evenly spread the sticks on it and toss with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 30–40 minutes until golden brown.

    Remove the fries from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve immediately.
