Fast snack: White chocolate crunch cookies are perfect for gifting, bringing along, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 40 g dried fruit and mixed nuts (as desired)
  • 200 g white couverture chocolate
  • 70 g cornflakes

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the nuts and dried fruit. Melt the chopped couverture in a double boiler. Gently fold the nuts, fruit, and cornflakes into the melted chocolate.

    Using a small spoon, place little heaps on parchment paper and let them dry.
