Swedish-Style Salmon Tart

Ingredients
- 200 g rye bread
- 75 g melted butter
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g smoked salmon fillet (whole with skin)
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 75 g caviar
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Lemon juice
- 1 Red Onion
- dill sprigs for garnish

For the base, remove the crust from the bread, cut into small pieces and pulse in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Chill until further use.

Slice the salmon into thin strips. Remove the skin from the fillet and mash the flesh with a fork. Combine with mayonnaise, crème fraîche, salmon strips, caviar, and dill; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the bread base and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Peel the onion and dice finely.

Cut the tart into portions, arrange on a plate, and garnish with onion cubes and dill sprigs before serving.
