Spicy Shrimp in Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 organic lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 dried chili peppers
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 800 g large shrimp (pre‑cooked)
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Heat in a ovenproof skillet with lemon zest, crushed chili peppers, and olive oil.

    Wash the shrimp and pat them dry thoroughly. Mix with paprika powder, lemon juice, and parsley, then add to the hot oil. Season with salt and pepper, stir, and cook for 4–5 minutes. Taste before serving and distribute onto individual bowls as desired.
