Ingredients
- 80 g dried apricots
- 4 tbsp plum liqueur
- 4 eggs
- 130 g butter
- butter (for greasing the pan)
- 130 g sugar
- 1 orange (untreated, grated zest)
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 5 tbsp milk
- 4 apples
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tbsp pistachios

Preheat oven to 175°C. Chop dried apricots into fine pieces and soak in liqueur. Separate eggs; beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Beat butter with sugar, orange zest, and yolks until fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder, fold into the yolk mixture. Gently fold in beaten egg whites and drained apricot cubes. Add milk if needed to achieve a smooth batter. Pour into greased springform pan and level the surface.
