Ingredients
- 50 ml low-fat milk
- 1 pinch iodized salt
- 30 g semolina
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp mixed chopped herbs
- 1 bunch mini navettes (mini cabbages)
- 100 g green beans
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- vegetable broth
- ground pepper

Bring milk and a pinch of salt to a boil, stir in semolina. Let cool, then mix in egg yolk and 1 tbsp herbs. Form dumplings with teaspoons and set aside.

Finely dice the onion, sauté until translucent in hot oil. Add vegetables and cook briefly. Pour in broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the semolina dumplings to the stew and let them cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle remaining herbs over the stew before serving.
