Sheep cheese with cucumber, tomato and fresh mint – a low‑calorie snack that should be appetizing, crunchy and rich in useful nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 80 g tomatoes (1 tomato)
  • 80 g salad cucumber (1 piece)
  • 50 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
  • 1 stalk mint

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the tomato and cucumber. Cut a wedge from the tomato stem area. Dice the tomato and cucumber.

    Dice the sheep cheese as well. Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck the leaves. Arrange the vegetables, cheese and mint on a plate.
