Ingredients

  • 200 g Sugar snap peas
  • Salt
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 100 g soy sprouts
  • 2 limes
  • Sambal oelek
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • some fresh coriander leaves
  • 25 g kroepoek

Instructions

    Rinse the sugar snap peas, clean them and blanch in salted water for 1 minute. Drain, shock in cold water, and let drain.

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean, rinse, and cut into fine strips. Rinse the sprouts. Wash one lime and slice it.

    Squeeze the second lime. Mix with sambal, soy sauce, oil, and sugar. Toss the peas, pepper, sprouts, and lime slices in this dressing. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve extra kroepoek on the side.
