Ingredients

  • 8 small zucchini
  • Salt
  • 160 g Reblochon cheese
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Wash the zucchini and cut a lid off each one lengthwise. Slice the lids into thin sticks. Blanch the remaining zucchini in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

    Separate the rind from the cheese and slice it into narrow strips. Grate the rest of the cheese. Mix the grated cheese with the zucchini sticks and season with pepper.

    Drain the blanched zucchini and place them cut-side up in a baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture and rind over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until gratinated.
