Stuffed Turkey Wraps

Delicious wraps that are a real hit! Tortillas filled with vegetables and turkey contain very little saturated fat and cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 6 sprigs Mint
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • 100 g cucumber (1 piece)
  • 0.5 lime
  • 100 g avocado (0.5 avocados)
  • Pepper
  • 2 tortilla flatbreads
  • 80 g turkey deli slices (4 pieces)
  • 80 g alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

    Slice the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and wash.

    Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into strips. Mix both with yogurt in a small bowl. Season with salt.

    Wash cucumber, dry, and use a vegetable peeler to cut thin long strips.

    Squeeze lime. Remove pit from avocado, peel it, slice flesh into rounds and place in a bowl. Drizzle with some lime juice.

    Add cucumber to the mixture and season everything with salt and pepper.

    Spread the chili-mint-yogurt evenly on the tortilla flatbreads. Top with turkey slices, avocado and cucumber rounds, and sprouts, then roll up.
