Chocolate Fruits
The perfect harmony of chocolate and fruit: try the irresistible chocolate fruits from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 200 g seedless grapes
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 2 firm bananas
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture
- 200 g milk chocolate couverture
- 150 g white chocolate couverture
- 10 wooden skewers
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the apple and grapes. Quarter the apple, remove seeds, and cut into small pieces. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut into ~2 cm chunks. Peel the banana and slice. Thread the fruit onto skewers as desired.

Coarsely chop each chocolate type separately and melt in a bowl over a warm water bath. Ensure no water enters the chocolate and keep temperature below 45 °C. Dip whole or partial fruit skewers into the melted chocolates.

Decorate with coconut flakes, chopped almonds, or additional chocolate. Use a piping bag to drizzle extra chocolate over the fruits. Place the chocolate‑fruit skewers on parchment paper or in a bowl of sugar, let dry, and serve.
