Stuffed Stewed Cucumbers with Ground Beef

Ingredients
- 1.6 kg stewed cucumber (4 stewed cucumbers)
- 400 g ground beef
- 300 g Tomatoes (4 Tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Sauté in hot oil, add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Remove from heat and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Heat tomatoes briefly, peel, quarter, seed, and dice them. Add to the ground beef along with basil.

Halve cucumbers lengthwise, scoop out seeds with a spoon. Stuff with the beef mixture, place in a baking dish, and bake at 180°C (160°C fan‑forced; gas: level 2–3) for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
