Ingredients
- 6 large waxy potatoes
- 3 large tart apples
- 500 g veal liver (cut into 1/2 cm thick slices)
- 80 g Butter
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 onions (sliced and fried)

Cook potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes, peel and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Peel, core, and slice apples.

Cut 3 cm diameter circles from the apples, potatoes, and veal liver. Fry potato, apple, and liver discs briefly in butter and oil. Stack them and sprinkle with fried onions.
