Try this tofu stir-fry with bell peppers and Chinese cabbage!

Ingredients

  • 400 g small Chinese cabbage (1 small head)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 10 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 500 g smoked tofu
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice the Chinese cabbage and bell peppers into strips.

  2. 2.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and grate the ginger.

  3. 3.

    Cut the tofu into cubes.

  4. 4.

    Heat oil in a wok. Sauté onions, garlic and ginger over medium heat until translucent. Add cabbage, peppers and tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add broth and continue cooking the tofu‑vegetable mixture for another 3–5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
