- 20 dates
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chives sprigs
- 1 tbsp marjoram leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- freshly ground pepper
- marjoram leaves (and chives for garnish)

Slice the dates lengthwise on one side and remove the pit.

Mix the cream cheese with herbs and season with pepper. Fill each date about 1 tsp full (or use a piping bag). Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve garnished with marjoram and chives.
