Ingredients
- 150 g goat cheese (45% fat)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.25 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin
- 8 large dried dates (pitted)
- 8 half walnuts
- 0.5 bunch chives (10 g)
Instructions

Whisk goat cheese with lemon juice and honey until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, coriander, and cumin.

Fill each date with 1 tsp of the seasoned cheese, top with a walnut half, and arrange on a plate. Wash, dry, and finely slice chives into rings; sprinkle over the dates.
