Spoonsparrow stuffed cherry tomatoes with cream cheese are always delicious!
Ingredients
- 120 g red cherry tomatoes (12 red cherry tomatoes)
- 120 g yellow cherry tomatoes (12 yellow cherry tomatoes)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g cream cheese (13% fat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 sprigs Basil

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops and remove the seeds. Salt and pepper the inside of each tomato. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and fill the tomatoes.

Replace the tops on the tomatoes and arrange them on a plate. Wash the basil, pat dry, and tear off the leaves. Place the leaf pieces on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle freshly ground pepper over them.
