The delicious strawberry yogurt ice from Spoonsparrow comes completely without household sugar.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 60 g Honey (4 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 500 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice 2–3 strawberries into rounds and place them in the ice molds. Puree the remaining strawberries and strain through a fine sieve.

  2. 2.

Stir the strawberry puree with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tsp lemon juice. Fill the ice molds over the sliced strawberries with this mixture.

  3. 3.

Whisk the yogurt with the remaining lemon juice and honey until creamy. Pour the yogurt into the molds, covering the fruit layer, and freeze for about an hour. Then insert wooden sticks and continue freezing for at least another two hours until fully solidified. To serve, release the strawberry yogurt ice from the molds.
