Strawberry Yogurt

Spoonsparrow strawberry yogurt: topped with marinated strawberries – looks great, tastes fantastic, and is super easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 500 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 0.5 bunch mint (10 g)

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and pat dry the strawberries; slice half into thin rounds. Toss strawberry slices with 1 tbsp maple syrup and let marinate for 1 hour. Set aside remaining strawberries.

    Blend the remaining strawberries with yogurt in a blender until smooth, then divide the mixture among four glasses. Wash mint leaves, shake dry, and pluck individual leaves.

    Arrange the marinated strawberry slices on top of the yogurt cream and garnish decoratively with strawberry juice and mint leaves. Serve the strawberry yogurt immediately.
