Spoonsparrow Strawberry Tiramisu in a Glass: The summer dessert is very simple, quick to make and simply delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 400 g Strawberries
- 100 g cold whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 60 g sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 16 ladyfingers
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries.

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the whole egg and sugar until pale and frothy. Warm 3 tbsp of mascarpone in a small saucepan and dissolve the drained gelatin in it. Stir the mascarpone and gelatin into the egg foam. Fold in the whipped cream.

Break the ladyfingers into small pieces and distribute them among four glasses. Layer the mascarpone cream alternately with strawberry slices. Dust the Strawberry Tiramisu in a Glass with cocoa powder and garnish with strawberry slices.
